pleased to announce that the SRCDeaf Chairman, Dennis Tan, has
been
newly elected as the Treasurer of the APDSC Executive Committee
for 2004 – 2007. He became first Singaporean to serve the APDSC
Executive Committee. Let us send our heartfelt congratulations
