 3rd Malaysia Open Deaf Bowling Tournament 2004, Kuala Lumpur

 

60 Malaysians, 6 Thais and 11 Singaporeans met in Kuala Lumpur on 21 February 2004 to participate in the 3rd Malaysia Open Deaf Bowling Tournament.

1st Round Stage

Ten Singaporeans qualified for the semi-final stage (30 bests out of 60) except Sie Siew Lian who positioned 40th.

Semi-Final Stage

Eight Singaporeans qualified for Final Stage (14 bests out of 30) except Goh Yong Meng and Mohd Heir who were positioned 17th and 20th respectively.

Final Stage

Mr. Loh Tan Choon won the 1st Runner-up medal with a hamper gift plus RM500 cash. Mr. Dollah Ibrahim received a 5th placing medal with RM100 cash while Mr. Lim Teck Kee also received 6th placing medal with RM50 cash. Mr. Kwok Charn Chung, Mr. Mohd Suhairi, Mr. Ang Meng Huat, Ms. Woo Hui Ling and Mr. Mohd Ng Kim Soon received RM20 cash each as consolation prizes.

Ms. Woo Hui Ling won the championship for Ladies Individual, getting a hamper gift plus RM300 cash.

Mr. Dollah Ibrahim notched the highest score for this tournament and received one top quality bowling ball made in USA.
